Q. I live in one of the 18 States that has banned the retail sale of phosphate detergents. Is it illegal for me to buy Bubble Bandit?
A. The ban does not apply to commercial detergent products like Bubble Bandit except NY, MD and SC.
The following States have legislation in place that limits the sale and use of detergent containing phosphate. If you live in one of these following 15 states, you should only purchase Bubble Bandit Detergent with phosphate if you are buying it for commercial or institutional use: Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. If you live in New York, Maryland or South Carolina you should not purchase Bubble Bandit with natural phosphates for either residential or commercial use.
Q. Is it safe to use a commercial dishwasher detergent in my machine at home?
A. Bubble Bandit has been especially formulated to offer the power of a institutional product without the corrosive agents used in extreme high temperature commercial machines.
Q. Is Bubble Bandit safe to use in our septic system?
A. Bubble Bandit is safe for your septic system. Prior to July of 2010 all dishwasher detergents contained various amounts of phosphates, for the last fifty years or so, all septic systems in the country dealt with phosphorous within their septic systems. Soil capacity to retain phosphorus is large compared with the load through a normal residential septic tank. An exception occurs when septic drain fields are located in sandy or coarser soils on property adjoining a body of water.
Q. How much will I pay for shipping?
A. We offer FREE SHIPPING. Orders must ship within the contiguous United States (a surcharge applies for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii). We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping.
Q. What carrier do you use for shipping and what services are available?

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All orders ship within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping on Standard Ground Shipments generally takes 5-7 business days.
Q. How can I get a tracking number for my order?
A. A tracking number will automatically be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you entered during checkout once your order has shipped.
Q. Do you ship to home addresses?
A. Yes, we gladly ship to home addresses and there is no extra charge to do so.
Q. Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?
A. We are able to ship within the entire United States including Alaska and Hawaii (for which surcharges do apply).
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A. Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box using the United States Postal Service.
Q. Can I pickup my order?
A. Our warehouses are strictly shipping facilities. For insurance purposes we are unable to allow any pick-ups.
