Shipping Policy
At Bubble Bandit, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your products arrive quickly and safely. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $79 or more within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, a surcharge will apply. Free shipping is not available for U.S. Territories or international destinations. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient shipping method for orders that qualify for free shipping.
We primarily use ground shipping within the domestic U.S., and delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days after placing your order, assuming it’s received by our 2pm ET cut-off time. For flat-rate shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within this same timeframe. We can ship certain products to P.O. Boxes using USPS or UPS/Sure Post.
Carriers and Delivery Services
To offer the most economical and reliable shipping options, we use traceable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or common carrier freight lines, depending on the size and weight of your order. Tracking information will be sent automatically to the email you provide at checkout once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Shipping Timeframes
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipments generally take 5-7 business days to arrive at your destination, depending on your location. Shipping Destinations
We gladly ship to home addresses across the entire United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (with surcharges for these areas). We can also ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. However, please note that we do not offer local pickups from our warehouse for insurance reasons. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Houston, TX.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bubble Bandit. If you’re not happy with your order, we do accept returns on most products. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and returned items must be in new, unopened condition to qualify for a full refund. If the items are not returned in new condition, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
How to Return an Item
To return a product, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@bubblebandit.com for return instructions. Make sure that all returned products are properly packaged and sent back in their original condition. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be applied to orders shipping to Texas addresses. No sales tax will be charged for shipments outside of Texas.
